As President of the Cambridge University Punjabi Society, it’s my pleasure to welcome you to our vibrant and ever-growing community. Whether you’ve grown up surrounded by Punjabi culture or are just discovering it, Punjabi Society is a home away from home where we celebrate our rich traditions, connect with amazing people, and make lifelong memories.

One core reason behind starting Punjabi society was for those either side of the border to find space to celebrate Punjab’s rich culture and heritage, which we aim to champion as a society.

From energetic Bhangra nights to interesting Speaker events, our society is all about bringing people together through culture, friendship, and fun. I encourage you to get involved, come along to our events, and experience the warmth of our community firsthand. Looking forward to meeting you all!

    Want to learn Punjabi? Well, look no further, we’re here to help you feel confident the next time you speak to family at home!! 🫣

    This will be completely beginner friendly, and we’ll start with basics! This event is open to all, so please feel free to come along even if you have no experience speaking Punjabi!

    Join us this Sunday 5-6pm, at St John’s College! Come along to hangout, learn some Punjabi and test your knowledge among your friends! Chaa and snacks will be provided, for a chill evening! 🧡
